Every child should have access to quality physical and mental health care.

“Access” speaks to the ability of children to receive specific care from medical providers.  “Access” also speaks to the ability of parents and children to utilize the tools of healthy living:  What does healthy child development look like and how do I ensure my child’s physical, emotional, and social well-being?
