Three programs of the Council for Children’s Rights impact children as individuals. These three teams work with over 2,000 children annually. They provide vital representation in the midst of crisis. They give children a voice.
- Our Children’s Defense Team represents children in the juvenile justice system or facing commitment to a mental health facility.
- Our Custody Advocacy Program represents children caught in the middle of high-conflict custody disputes.
- Our Individual Advocacy Program represents children in the areas of education, healthcare, mental health, abuse and neglect, domestic violence or in any case where a child is in danger.
