The Council fulfills its mission by working on issues important to children today and tomorrow. For children who have an immediate need or crisis, the Council intervenes on behalf of children via three teams:
We provide attorneys, advocates and staff to protect the rights and interests of children who find themselves in need of a voice. We also connect children and their families with agencies and institutions that help them thrive.
Through the work of the Larry King Center for Building Children’s Futures, the Council for Children’s Rights also looks out for the long-term well-being of children tomorrow by:
